Remember HER?

I'm sure you do! She's one of the first gorgeous stamps originally from Bizzy Becs called "Little Cuties Collection" and this one here is Hippy Girl Jewels!

I was part of the very first Design Team of Bizzy Becs and my exposure there really helped me a lot to hone my skills as a beginner. Thanks so much to Bec. So, in honor and gratitude of you, Bec, I once again inked this Little Cutie and used her on a card.

This one's for you BEC!

Isn't she the cutest?!! :) I coloured Jewels with Copics and Prismacolor pencils. The size of this card is 4.75 x 4.75. I'm starting to make cards with this size as I bought a pack of pre-cut card base more than a month ago and I believe it's time for me to use them. I've done a couple yesterday but will share it with you tomorrow. The sentiment I used here is from Jemac Stamps and reads:

A hug is the shortest distance between friends

For the meantime, I hope you enjoy looking at Jewels and let me know what you think by leaving a comment or two. Thanks for the visit!

God bless us all!

Jhet

Lovely LILLY {Bizzy Becs}

Howdy? I can't believe I'm posting at 10pm, lol! I normally post very late at night, when every member of my family is asleep but this time, it's a different thing. :)

Anyways, I finally was able to play with the stuffs sent to us DTs by Bizzy Becs Stamps owner, Bec. Thanks Bec, the papers are all yummy and the flowers and other embellies as well. They're all lovely! Lilly is one of those gorgeous stamps available at Bizzy Becs only. You can visit the shop here.

I coloured Lilly with Prismacolor pencils (my fav colouring medium) with odourless solvent. I took all the colours from the gorgeous dp that I used as background. I embossed the 2 horizontal teal-coloured cs with my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder to complement the dots on Lilly's dress. I also did some sponging as you can see using Choc Chip ink and Soft Sky. I think it turned out well somehow. I finished it off by putting two flowers on the left side of the horizontal panel and with dew drops at the center. I also went over the dots on Lilly's dress and her hair bow with Copic Spica glitter pen but I don't think the camera was able to catch the sparkle.

This is it for now and don't forget to visit my post regarding my blogoversary suprise candy which can be found HERE.

Take care everyone and God bless us all!

2 Cards for Today

Yay! I made 2 cards for today. :) One of those two cards is a very simple one which I submitted for LSC210 (cards you can create for less than 30mins). This is also my swap card over a parenting site wherein I'm also a member. :)

Here in this card, I used Bella Butterfly from Bizzy Becs Stamps.

This is just a very simple card and indeed very easy to make. I chose pastel/subtle colours as this is the challenge set on my swap. This is the first time I coloured the hair of my image in yellow tone. lol! I normally use browns/sienna on the image's hair but this one is different. Since I want to achieve the soft look, I went yellowish. ;)

The other card isn't one of the two cards I made today. I will share the other one with you probably tomorrow as it's still awaiting approval. The next card was made yesterday and it's a thank you card for Debbie who have sent me heaps of Tilda stamped images. I used one of those in this card...I just hope she likes it.

I really like colouring images with big spaces like this one. You can do a lot of shading and blending with such. I will be sending this to her tomorrow along with the stamped images I have for her.

Okay gotta go now as I will still make another card. I'm taking the opportunity as my MOJO seems to be on high gear atm. Gotta take advantage of it. lol!

Blessings to all and good night!

Hugs,

Hippy Girl Jewels for SC215!

Isn't this girl gorgeous?? Yes, she's Hippy Girl Jewels and she's one of the latest stamps in town from Bizzy Becs Stamps. She looks so sweet and I really enjoyed colouring her!

I used the sketch for this week {SC215} over SCs for this card. I paper-pieced her pants with a Heidi Grace dp (nice polka dots there!) and coloured the rest of her with Prismacolor pencils. I embossed the background and the right panel with Swiss Dots and Bloom Dots embossing folder. I used these folders to complement the dots on her pants as well as her choker and bracelet. :)

You will be seeing her more in my cards with the rest of these cuties. Visit Bizzy Becs to see the other stamps being offered.

Happy Stamping!

Introducing BIZZY BECS STAMPS!

Yes! There's a new line of stamps in town that you need to get your hands onto. It's the Bizzy Becs Stamps! Finally, these cute images are out and ready to be added on your collection. I'm one of Bizzy Becs' DT member and so, upon receiving the stamps this afternoon, I whipped up this card straight away so you can see this lovely girl in action.

I want you to meet "Candy Kisses"..

She's so pretty, isn't she? And cute as well! I coloured her with my Prismacolor pencils using odourless solvent and did some sponging around her with my Versacolor Baby Blue ink. I used the left-over Basic Grey paper from my last card as these Basic Grey papers are too yummy to throw away just like that. :) I coloured the heart that she's holding in "brown", making my Valentine a little different from the traditional red heart. ;) I finished it off by using Spellbinder's Daisy Heads Shapeabilities collection, cutting the last two small flowers and topped it off with Kaiser pearl in baby pink. I also put some Copic Spica glitter pen (clear) here and there to add some sparkle to the card.

There are 9 new cute stamps to choose from so check-out Bizzy Becs to see all of them. (this link will take you to the specific page where these stamps are).

Here's a closer look at Candy Kisses:

She's so adorable!! So, what are you waiting for? Head on to Bizzy Becs and be one of the first few to get their hands to play with these cute, brand new stamps in town!

Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

BIZZY BECS Design Team..and a Sugar Nellie Card

Yes!!! Another blessing! I was chosen to be part of Bizzy Becs Stamps Design Team!! How's that?? Bizzy Becs is an Australian online shop and Bec, the owner is coming up with her own line of stamps. You can take a peek of the soon-to-be-available stamps on Bizzy Becs blog. They're all very cute!! I will be making my first card for Bizzy Becs soon so watch out for it.

For the meantime, I have another card to share with you. This is Reflective by Sugar Nellie which I took the colours from SCS CC200 colour combo challenge (Garden Green, Brilliant Blue and Pumpkin Pie). Here's my card (sorry if the photo wasn't taken at it's best..I ran out of batt after this shot!)

Have you noticed the lovely borders? Yes, it's Martha Stewart's Doily Lace Punch. We don't have it here in Australia but a very kind-hearted lady from Splitcoaststampers (her name is Kay) bought one for me from where she is (she's in US). Thanks Kay! The border is really gorgeous IRL. Before punching my borders, I embossed my cs first with my Cuttlebug Divine Swirl embossing folder. They look good together, don't they? My Sugar Nellie is a RAK from Bec. :-)

I coloured my image using Prismacolor Pencils and odourless solvent. I actually didn't have the Prisma matched to SU! Pumpkin Pie but then I remembered I purchased a Dew Drop Pumpkin Spice inkpad from Bizzy Becs so I used that one with my blender pen. I also ran out of my Garden Green cs so I put out my Bazzills and good thing, I found one that closely matches SU! Garden Green. I sponged the edges of the image using the Pumpkin Spice ink as per my hubby's comment. :) He's my number one critic and I really love him for that.

Hope I inspired you with my 2 cards today. Thanks for always visiting and reading my blog. I can't believe I already have more than 6k hits!

Thanks everyone! May God bless you always.
