Cupcake Cards (again)
I slept at 2am (yes..2am) and was able to accomplish these 2 yummy cupcake cards (I told you, I would be making lots of cupcake cards hehehe!) Just can't resist the Hero Arts Cupcake stamp set. They're very gorgeous!
Here's the first one:
I used this patched patterned paper from K & Co., cardstock, petite circle classic and scallop nestabilities, stamps (by Hero Arts), Sugarloaf markers, watercolour pencils
The next card was made of stamped and cut-out cupcakes. I cut a strip of SU! Pumpkin Pie, put a green grossgrain ribbon on top of it from BizzyBecs and adhere my cupcakes using 3D dots.
So, these are my cards for today. Off to do some chores then visit Roselands (or Westfield) to look for some of those magnetic sheets. (I'm working on storing my Nestabilities..they're growing hehehe) Any suggestions?
Feel free to leave a comment, ok? May we all have a blessed day today.
Cheers!

DELICIOUS CUPCAKES! (by Hero Arts)
As I've mentioned the other day, I've received my first Hero Arts clear stamps and I had the chance (rather, I took the chance) to play with them last night. These stamps are gorgeous and very neat! I 've done two cards and will do more in the near future with these "cupcake" stamps. Check the photos below:
This is a closer look to the card with 3 cupcakes on top of another. Saw this idea not quite long ago and I tried the what-so-called "masking" technique on this. First time and glad I did it right! hehehe! Aren't they gorgeous and yummy to look at?
This card with a cute, tiny cupcake (stamped & then cut out) is for someone who will be celebrating her birthday this weekend. Can't tell who she is 'coz she might read my blog (or one of our friends might). I used a strip of DCWV cardstock (fr the glitter stack collection), my Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder (small) and Kindyglitz to give the cupcake a bit of sparkle on top. (too bad the glittery part didn't show)
I also got hold of my Inque's mini stamps yesterday (they're very cute, too!) Will try to make a card today if my chores permit me. ;) And hopefully, some of the stamps that I ordered fr US of A will arrive next week...can't wait to see them IRL.For the meantime, I so, so like these cupcake stamps and I'm sure I will make use of them more often. Yummy!
Have a blessed day everyone!
