More Christmas Cards

Happy Saturday! I haven't been feeling well since last night and I think a case of colds and sneezing will be here soon. :( I'm also experiencing headaches which hinders me from sitting and stamping. Anyways, I just pray I'll get well soon.

Just want to show you 2 more Christmas cards that I've finished few days ago. These are part of my Christmas orders and I need to make them as early as now so I won't be in a rush to make my own cards for my family and friends. These cards highlight the ODBD Scripture Collections.

See the flowers? They're from Prima Festive Christmas collection. Aren't they gorgeous? Got them on an online shop that closed-down recently for less than a dollar a pack! Yeah, and a pack contains more than 15pcs of flowers and leaves. What a bargain, hey?! :)

Will be posting more info about these cards later. Just want to lie down on my bed and relax at the moment.

Be back with another card so don't forget to come back and check it out.

Thanks for the visit. God bless you!

Scripture Christmas Card

Hi everyone! Sorry for not posting for a couple of days. I've been a bit busy making Christmas cards orders. Yes! Some of my friends have ordered Christmas cards as early as now and I'm so excited to create them!! :)

Here's the very first one. At the moment, I still don't have any Bible verses for Christmas but I believe that any Bible verse can fit for a Christmas card. :)

She requested this particular verse to be put in this card. I stamped it using Versafine Crimson Red, heat embossed with clear ep then cut with Spellbinders Labels 4. While still inside the die, I sponged around using Versamagic Sage to complement the Basic Grey Wassail dp. And for the first time, I tried using Glimmer Mist! Gosh, it really gives gorgeous outcome to any project. When hubby and I went to our LSS, I thought I should try it out and so I bought the Pearl one. I spritzed a bit onto the red Swiss Dots embossed panel. Too bad the camera didn't capture the glimmery appearance of it. I then wrapped it with an organdy ribbon that I bought from one of our dollar stores here. I finished it off with flower and leaves that I bought some weeks ago from an online shop that was about to close down. I bought it for only $1.50/pack if I'm not mistaken and a pack contains more than 15 flowers & leaves. What a bargain?!

Okay, this is it for now. Thanks for the visit and I'm pretty sure I will be very busy for the next couple of days making my card orders! And I thank God for this, it's such a blessing!

Take care everyone!

Jhet

Psalm 138:3

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! I so enjoy making cards using Bible verses as the "main image" or focus. I've seen some who only puts the verses inside the card but that's not the case with me. I want it always at the front! :)

Here's a card I came up with the other night. I was just too sleepy to upload it that time and yesterday was a busy day for me around the house.

Here it is:

I used my new Basic Grey Wassail dp which I received last Friday on the mail. I ordered it from Bizzy Becs along with some Versamagic Dew Drops ink. I'm a bit surprised that the Wassail papers are all Christmas-themed, LOL! But this one will pass for an everyday card and I like the colour combo.

That's it for now as I still have tons of house chores to do. Be back later with a card or two. :)

God bless everyone!

Jhet
