I know it's already 1am here in Australia and I'm still up! I still couldn't sleep so I whipped up a card for this week's Magnolia Down Under Challenge # 40 and the theme is "Thank You".I always see Tilda in pinks or purples but seldom in other colours (like orange) so I coloured her differently this time. The image is a RAK I received last year (thank God for online buddies who offered to stamp Magnolia images to those who don't have too much stamps like me!). I believe this one came from Bec (thanks Bec!). I coloured Tilda mostly with Sugarloaf markers but I used Copics on her hair and face. Unfortunately, I'm already running out of E00 (as I always use it to colour her skin) so I used the R00 instead. Looks good though as she looks kinda pinkish but I need to order a refill or a new E00 as I can't afford not to have it for a long period of time. Gotta tell Sammi ASAP! LOL!
I just made this card simple using only satin ribbon and chocolate pearls as embellishments. The sentiment is AmyR Friend sentiments by CC Designs. I used my Stamp a Majig for that and sponged a soft Versacolor Narcissus around it while still inside the Oval Nesties die. I also punched the white mat with my Fiskars Threading Water punch. The dp is from DCWV Floral Prints stack.
I'm also entering this card for Stampin' for the Weekend and it's about Ribbons and Bows! It's my first time to join their challenge.
Thanks for looking and I'll be sleeping now. Looking forward for this morning as it's my hubby's off and he told me that we'll be driving around with the kids. Wohoo!
God bless us all!
Hugs,
Jhet

Happy APRIL!! Wow! Time really flies so fast, I can't believe APRIL is already here! And my boys have started their self-proclaimed holiday today. LOL! Well, officially, their holiday starts tomorrow but they're having theirs today. :)
The lovely dp is from Basic Grey Lilykate pad. The leaves were created using my single fern punch. What I did was to punch heaps of them and glued them altogether onto a piece of cardstock so it will appear that they're just coming from one branch. That's how I improvise for now but my fern punch that I ordered from BEC will be here anytime soon! YAY! Can't wait! The sentiment is from Jemac stamp which I bought for $1 during a craft show.
I coloured my image with Copic markers and Bic Mark-It! The background was embossed with Cuttlebug Victoria embossing folder and spritzed with Glimmer Mist Pearl. Finished it off with 4 Kaiserpearls on the four corners.
